style(ui): 优化更新弹窗样式并替换应用图标资源

1.  将About页面的图标资源从svg替换为png格式
2.  重构更新弹窗布局，调整弹窗尺寸与滚动区域
3.  调整进度条与底部操作区的排版，优化按钮尺寸
4.  删除冗余的样式代码与废弃的svg图标文件
