chore: 调整构建配置并降级typescript版本

1. 将actions/checkout、setup-node版本升级到v5
2. 新增pnpm配置并切换到pnpm管理依赖
3. 将typescript版本从7.0.2降级到5.6.2
4. 添加应用图标文件
